At the start of your first session, we will discuss what brings you in, and your intention. The range of preferences is endless, and every session is completely individualized. Most clients notice both pain and tension relief as well as a deep sense of peace when they leave - whatever the goal may be.
In order to provide clients with the most therapeutic experience, I use only the highest quality products including: Organic Sacred Earth Vegan Massage Cream, and Essential Oils from companies such as Pompeii Organics and Aromatics International. I trust these EO's to be responsibly sourced, GC/MS analyzed, and organic.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy - Origins coming from Osteopathy with a strong influence from Native American bone setting, this modality is centered around regulating the Nervous System and allowing for the body's natural ability to heal itself. The client stays fully clothed and the practitioner's touch is light and still. (60 minute sessions may extend up to 75 minutes)
Therapeutic Massage utilizes a variety of techniques with a focus on relieving more specific areas of tension or pain. May include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, energywork, and deep tissue. The session is always catered to the client's specific needs and goals.
Relaxation Massage is a calming, fluent massage and energywork offering that promotes tranquility, eases muscle tension, and improves circulation to the muscle tissue, leaving you in a head-to-toe, all over peaceful state of being.
*Hot Stone Massage is a deeply therapeutic and relaxing full body experience. Smooth, heated basalt stones are used with every stroke of the massage, releasing muscle tension and promoting good circulation.
Prenatal Massage is for the mother-to-be! Beginning in the second trimester, enjoy a prenatal massage to help reduce physical and mental tension. Just as with any massage therapy session, please inform your therapist of any specific needs or concerns. A high risk pregnancy requires a doctor's note and brief consultation with the therapist.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, please note the following policies: 24 hour advanced notice is required when changing or canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Client is responsible for 100% session fee if canceling sooner than 24 hours
Arriving late
If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
